As a noncommercial, community radio station, WGDR is funded in part by Underwriting Announcements. Businesses and individuals are invited to sponsor a program or programs, and benefit from on-air Sponsorship Acknowledgements. These short on-air spots feature the business name, brief description of it's products, with location and contact information too.
