In Pitkin’s words “many people would regard what we did as radical…as I look back on it, it was. We attempted to get down to the roots of education.”
Goddard College had continued to explore the roots of education with integrity and adherence to its values for 153 years.
But what actually happens when individuals are taught how to take imaginative and responsible action in the world?

What work is created when someone is encouraged to question received knowledge and the status quo?

And what lessons are learned when we create a new understanding of the world and of human experience?
